Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance or your appointment.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a 30 percent cancellation fee.
A 10 minute grace period is allowed. After that, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and/or considered a no show,
No-Show clients who fail to show up without notice will be charged 100 percent of the scheduled service cost before re-booking.
I understand that emergencies happen. Please communicate with me and ill do my best to work with you.
